Our process of providing clients with a website is a simple one, however it is done this way to enable our clients to take part in the entire process, so that you can keep a track on the progress that we are making.
The Web Design Process
Consultation
Discussion with the client is the important thing here in order to find out exactly what the clients requirements are. Equal Design also carry out research into what competitors and other similar sites are doing. It is also at this stage were the client (with support from Equal Design) decides on the text and images that will be included in the site.
Design
There are two main parts to the design stage. Firstly Equal Design will produce a ‘Wire Frame’ design which shows the client the basic layout of each page of their site. Wire Framing also allows the client to see the primary and secondary navigation. Once the wire frame is agreed on then the design can be produced, which shows the client how their site will look when completed.
Develop
Now that the design is completed Equal Design code the website ready for the web. We turn the design ideas into functioning web pages. Equal Design also enhance your site in terms of its search engine optimisation (SEO).
Launch
There are two launches to your site. The first is a private launch that enables up to test the clients site ‘behind closed doors’ and also allows the client to view the finished product before it goes live to the world. Once both parties are agreed on the site in then goes live.
